The owner of the companies Koltsa Tarde World and Rostem Yury Avaryanau is abroad, Belarusian Partisan refers to several sources. The businessman’s family are refusing to comment on the situation and it is impossible to contact him. That is why some journalists think that he may be imprisoned in Belarus.
Avaryanau had big problems with creditors and the police. He owes from 30 to 40 billion dollars to creditors and the budget, unofficial sources report.
The company Koltsa trade World was in charge of the car and building materials markets and shopping centers in Malinauka. The company Rostem owns the central market of building materials in Uruchie, amusement part Dreamland and affiliate ‘Agricultural company Illya’.
Rostem and Koltsa Trade World were on the list of companies that owed money to Minsk and Minsk Province budgets on March 1.
