The democratic forces of Belarus are launching the "Warmth for Ukraine" campaign. It will raise funds to purchase and deliver equipment to help in the energy crisis caused by Russia's strikes on energy infrastructure. This is reported by the Office of Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya (OST).

Polish and Ukrainian partners are helping to organize the campaign — Fundacja Demokracja, the organization "Euromaidan" (Poland), and Stand with Ukraine.

In the first stage, Belarusian organizations plan to coordinate with Polish partners on a plan of action, timelines, fundraising procedures, and logistics. The purchase and delivery of equipment will be handled primarily by Polish organizations, which have relevant experience.

Donation details and other information on how to participate in the campaign will be published after coordination with partners.

Russia has intensified strikes on Ukraine's energy infrastructure ahead of winter cold. The head of Kyiv, Vitaliy Klitschko, has urged residents to leave the Ukrainian capital for the winter if possible.
