Early vote in Belarus: people are less active than at presidential election

The early vote started in Belarus on September 6. The turnout reached 3.92% on the first day.

It is more than on the first day of the early vote at the parliamentary election in 2012. The turnout was 3% on September 18, 2012.

However, the turnout was bigger on the first early vote day of the presidential election (October 6, 2015) – 4.49%.
