He is not sure whether to use the right to run for President for the fourth time, Vladimir Putin said. His presidency depends of many factors, he noted.
"Firstly, there is the Constitution and I will certainly never violate it. But I am not sure if I should use these constitutional rights. It will depend on the situation in the country and in the world and on my mood,” RBK quotes Putin’s interview given to American journalist Charlie Rose.
The interview was recorded before the Russian President’s visit to the jubilee session of the UN General Assembly in New York.
