Volunteer of the Belarusian Social-Democratic Party (Harmada) Mikita Fartuh was detained while collecting signatures in protest against the freeloaders tax (presidential decree #3) in Mahilyou on November 15. A policeman approached the young man and asked the activist to follow him to the police office.

People in plain clothes accompanied Mikita to the police office. They had approached him earlier and had asked him about the purpose of the collection of signatures. The young man spent more than an hour in the police office. He was let off after giving explanations.

The BSDP (Hramada) is collecting signatures against the freeloaders tax (signed by Alyaksandr Lukashenka in April, 2015). The party activists have already collected over five thousand signatures.
