Representatives of the contact group to resolve the situation in Donbass have agreed about the exchange of prisoners-of-war, reports the Belarusian TV channel ONT.
Under the deal, 11 Ukrainian POWs will be exchanged for 9 soldiers from 'DPR' and 'LPR' held in Ukrainian custory. The exchange will take place in presence of Red Cross representatives.
