The fans will not see the Olympic champion Andrei Aramnau weightlifting at the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro in 2016. First Deputy Minister of Sport and Tourism Aliaksandr Hahiyeu told this to the the TV channel STV.
"Andrei is not preparing for the World Cup to be held in Houston. I don't think he will compete at the Olympics in 2016. We have created all the conditions for him to prepare, but can't make it," the Pressball quoted the sports official. According to Hahiyeu, Belarusian weightlifter will not be ablr to perform at the Olympic Games due to injuries.
