Winners Avenue and Arlouskaya Street will be temporarily blocked in Minsk on Friday, November 6. It is connected with the inauguration of Alyaksandr Lukashenka in the Independence Palace. The inauguration of the President of the Republic of Belarus will be conducted in the Independence Palace in Minsk, Euroradio reported earlier. The national TV channels will start broadcasting it live at 11.50 a.m.
