The Communist Party of Belarus, which was headed by Ihar Karpenka before his appointment as Minister of Education, has launched a campaign "People's President".
According to it, the communists propose to send a postcard to Alyaksandr Lukashenka. Participation is "voluntary-compulsory". As evidenced by the leaked order of the administration of Baranavichy University, the Ministry of Education had instructed state institutions to support the project.
They demand from BarSU one postcard from each department and five from each student council.
