The Investigation Committee has finished investigating the criminal case started against MP and director of Vitsebsk battery farm Hanna Shsareika, head of the Investigation Committee Ivan Naskevich announced on ONT.
Naskevich: "The investigation of the criminal case started against director of Vitsebsk battery farm Hanna Shareika has finished. The prosecutor will decide if it can be sent to court. According to the investigators, her guilt has been demonstrated.”
Seven people were arrested during the investigation of Vitebsk Battery farm case in August 2014 – Hanna Shareika, four members of the contest commission and two suppliers.
The administration of Vitebsk battery farm abused power, the investigators believe. They had been buying overpriced chicken feed for several years and the battery farm lost more than 4 billion roubles due to it, they say.
