Sappers worked in Minsk Rakauskaya Street on the evening of October 12. A pack of electric wires was found on a fence there. Nobody was evacuated from the buildings situated nearby but the access to the fence was restricted until the arrival of specialists.
No blasting assemblies were found in the pack, the ECM reports. There were only scraps of electric wires. It turned out that the pack had been left behind by the workers who had repaired the electric lock in the gate of the Italian Embassy.
