A new video has appeared showing the head of the Main Directorate for Combating Organized Crime and Corruption of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Colonel Mikalay Karpenkau, breaking the window door of the O'Petit cafe on September 6 in Minsk. The video was recorded by startup entrepreneur Kanstantsin Kanopka seconds before his arrest.
"Until the last moment, I did not believe that there would be a siege," he wrote on Facebook. "Everyone was very scared when the glass was shattered, when our safe place turned into a trap."
