Minsk City Executive Committee has allowed the traditional rally on Dzyady (the day of commemoration of ancestors). The Christian Conservative Party BPF applied for it. The manifestation will be organized on October 28, tut.by reports.
The action participants will gather at 11.30 a.m. near the watch plant Luch situated opposite Chalyuskintsau Park. People will head for the mass graves in Kurapaty and participate in a meeting ether. The rally will finish at 5 p.m.
A mass rally of the kind will be held in Minsk for the 30th time: it was organized for the first time in 1988 and was severely dispersed by the police.
The site where the state will install a memorial sign is being prepared in Kurapaty now.
