March average wage in Minsk exceeds Br10.5 million

The average wage in Minsk in March has exceeded Br10.5 million roubles, BELTA reports.

 

The nominal average wage in the capital totalled 10 million 509.8 thousand roubles, the National Statistic Committee reports. Minsk Province is in the second place with Br6 million 850.1 thousand. The average wage in Hrodna Province was 6 million 3 thousand roubles, Brest Province – 5 million 995.2 thousand roubles. Vitsebsk Province – 5 million 961.1 thousand roubles. The smallest average wage was in Mahilyou Province – 5 million 879.4 thousand roubles.

Minsk is in the first position in the rate of the average wage increase too. The real wage increased by 3.6% in March 2016 in comparison with March 2015. The same index has decreased by 3.2% in the other parts of Belarus.

 

The nominal average wage in Belarus totalled 7 million 94 thousand 521 roubles in March.
