Lukashenka plans to visit Moscow - reports

Belarusian President Aliaksandr Lukashenka is planning to visit Moscow to meet Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin, reports the Russian state news agency RIA Novosti quoting an anonymous high-ranking source.

The exact date and possible agenda of the visit remains unknown. The source noted Lukashenka would arrive in Moscow "not in the coming weeks."

According to naviny.by, the talks could focus on the relations between Belarus and Russia in the oil and gas sector as well as military cooperation.
