Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Thursday released online a rare video that shows the official ceremony of withdrawing nuclear weapons from Belarus in 1996.
The nuclear warheads from pulled out from Belarus to Russia in late November 1996. Since then, Belarus has been a non-nuclear weapon country.
