Stanislau Hancharou, Azov fighter detained in Minsk, has been accused of malicious hooliganism. The 20-yar-old Belarusian who had fought in Ukraine was arrested in Vitsebsk on April 15, according to media reports.
Fellow soldiers had told the young man not to go to Belarus because he could be arrested there but he decided to take the risk.
The man committed malicious hooliganism against minors in November 2013, the Investigations Committee explained on its website. According to the video shown by the Investigations Committee, the young man forced teenagers to repudiate the anti-fascist movement and demonstrate the Nazi salute.
The Vitsebsker also known as Terror-Machine went to Ukraine and fought in the battalion Azov. Medals For Bravery and For Valorous Service were found on him.
