District executive committees in the Homel region are purchasing individual tactical first aid kits. This is reported by the local outlet "Flagshtok," which examined the announced tenders.

The Rahachow, Svetlahorsk, and Karma district executive committees have announced the procurement of first aid kits. Similar applications were previously submitted by executive committees in other regions of Belarus.

Different districts are purchasing different quantities of kits. For example, Karma intends to purchase four kits, Svetlahorsk — ten, and Rahachow — just one, but a fairly expensive one: for 300 rubles (about 100 dollars).

The tender specifies what must be included in the kit. Some items on the list, as "Flagshtok" notes, indicate that this is a first aid kit intended for use in combat situations. For example, it includes atraumatic scissors with a carabiner for quick attachment to equipment, an individual casualty assessment card, and the kit itself must be in the form of a pouch.

It is likely that the kits are being purchased for the local territorial defense forces.
