A new anti-record: Belarus lacks more than 150 thousand pairs of working hands. Only last week, more than 11 thousand new advertisements appeared in the state job bank.
About 90% of all vacancies promise a salary lower than the national average, and 77% - less than $500 at the exchange rate.
What does this mean? The situation in the labor market is difficult, and the lack of people who can (and want to) work in a number of specialties affects the growth of the economy as a whole.
